Shipping policy

No returns or refund once unloaded. 

The customer will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm delivery details. Our drivers will do there best to accommodate desired drop locations, however obstructions such as overhead wires or branches, as well as uneven or unstable terrain may require the load to be dropped at the curb side.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the material prior to it being unloaded from the delivery vehicle.

Graveltop Supply Inc. accepts no responsibility for damage to property as a result of deliveries past the curb.

Due to the bulk nature of our products, returns are simply not possible once the product has left the delivery vehicle. Material refused prior to being unloaded is eligible for a full refund of the material price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
